I feel robbed.
I feel that there has been an inappropriate changing of the seasons.
What happened to my fall?
I want it back!!!
Could you please check your mail to see if I accidentally mailed it to you.
Yes, there is a cold wind whistling down the pike my friends. So, I have decided to stoke up the home fires (translation: turn on the gas fireplace) pour a cup of the old earl gray and do some blog visiting this afternoon.
My much hardier kinfolk are probably laughing like crazy at me right now.

Hi Laura....Still fall here but temps are slated to drop soon. Booo hooo. As much as I love using our fireplace, I prefer fall to stick around as long as possible. Susan
ReplyDeleteOh, I love your pretty banner! Get that quilt out of it and snuggle up! heehee! Sweet hugs!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you. It's just too cold and dreary out today to still be October. My pumpkins are going to freeze.
ReplyDeleteI agree! It feels like Winter all of a sudden. It has been cold and windy all day here in GA. We're still waiting on all of that glorious Fall color too!
ReplyDeleteIt has been great weather in Northern NJ but then again I like it really cool out. Today is the first overcast day we have had in about a week. I don't enjoy when it is raw and windy out though, that goes through to your bones.

Absolutely adorable, Laura. It stopped here briefly and then went on it’s way. Fickle fall . . .
ReplyDeleteOh yes, Fall is just about over for us as well. Temps are dipping into the low 30s tonight & the weatherman keeps saying "flurries." Grab a blanket & snuggle in, Laura!
ReplyDeletei saw that front heading down from the north on the natl news last night. my area of texas still had 81 today - i had to switch back to shorts. (sorry!)
